Returns within 14 Days

1. Consumers (B2C)

If you are purchasing as a consumer (a natural person acquiring goods outside the scope of your business or professional activity), you are entitled, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

How to proceed with a return:

• Please complete and print the Return Form
• Return the goods unused, in their original and undamaged packaging, together with proof of purchase.
• Carefully pack the goods to prevent damage during transport and enclose the completed form.

Important notice:

If the goods are used, damaged or otherwise significantly impaired, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to reduce the refunded amount accordingly.

2. Purchase on a Company Basis (B2B)

If you are purchasing as a business customer (using a company registration number / within the scope of your business activity), the statutory 14‑day right of withdrawal does not apply.

Nevertheless, we strive to accommodate our business partners wherever possible.
