To submit a complaint regarding products purchased on our website eshop.alukov.cz, please follow the steps below:

1. Download and complete the complaint form and send it to us by e‑mail at

2. Wait for confirmation of receipt of your complaint request from our specialist.
3. Send the product, together with the printed complaint form and proof of purchase, to the following address:
